The Tesoro Club Annual Membership Program 2010

GOLF MEMBERSHIP

·      A Limited Number of Golf Memberships will be Offered – 300 golf members per each 18 holes

·      No Membership Initiation Fee

·      Tesoro Golf Members will have the unique privilege of reciprocal play at Palm Beach Polo Golf and Country Club and Martin Downs Country Club

·      Family Golf Membership – A Member, his or her spouse and their unmarried children 23 and under who are living at home, attending school on a full-time basis or in the military are entitled to membership privileges

·      Extended Family Membership Privileges – Parents, grandparents, adult children and grandchildren of the Member and spouse will be entitled to use the Club Facilities as a guest of the Member upon payment of preferred green fees

·      Single Golf Memberships are available

·      No Food and Beverage Minimums

·      No Assessments – Members are not subject to operating or capital assessments

·      Golf Membership is Mandatory for the East Side Residents of Tesoro

·      Social Membership is Mandatory for Residents on the Mainland at Tesoro Preserve

Golf Fees

a)   Annual Dues are $10,500.00 (The club year is November 1, 2009 through October 31, 2010)

b)  Trail Fees (not mandatory) are $1,600.00 annually and will be prorated

c)   Cart Fee at Martin Downs Country Club - $22.00

d)  Cart Fee at Palm Beach Polo Golf and Country Club - $25.00

SOCIAL MEMBERSHIP

·      No Membership Initiation Fee

·       Social Members will be entitled to unlimited golf after 1:00pm each day (Golf Members will always have priority tee times over Social Members)

·      Tesoro Social Members will also have the unique privilege of reciprocal privileges at Palm Beach Polo Golf and Country Club and Martin Downs Country Club

·      No Food and Beverage Minimums

·      No Assessments – Members are not subject to operating or capital assessments

Golf Fees

a)   Annual Dues are $6,500.00 (The club year is November 1, 2009 through October 31, 2010)

b)   Social Golf Fees - $60.00 (For rates at Martin Downs Country Club and Palm Beach Polo Golf and Country Club, please contact The Tesoro Club’s Golf Shop)
