A LIMITED NUMBER OF MEMBERSHIPS IN THE HARBOUR RIDGE YACHT AND COUNTRY CLUB ARE BEING OFFERED TO TENANTS AND PURCHASERS OF BOAT SLIPS IN THE HARBOUR RIDGE MARINAS

 Since its inception, all members of the exclusive Harbour Ridge Yacht and Country Club were required to own one of the 695 homes in the community.   Recently a decision was made to allow club membership to a limited number of   to non-property owners who lease or purchase a boat slip. The boat slips in the three separate marinas can accommodate boats from 24’ to 69’.   Amenities include pump-out facilities, 30/50 AMP, water, a dock master, availability of computer and Wi-Fi usage in the Waterfront office, the right to join the Harbour Ridge Yacht Club, etc.   Below is a summary of the membership privileges and costs.   More detailed information will be provided by Golf and Waterfront Communities upon request. 

Marina Membership For Those Who LEASE A Boat Slip

Lease terms are for 12 months, and Tenants must become Marina Members. The cost of a Tenant Marina Membership is $5,000 per year in addition to the cost of leasing the slip, which is $10 per foot plus metered electric. Privileges will include use of all Harbour Ridge facilities and participation in all activities…….except golf will be limited to the non-seasonal months only.

 Marina Membership For Those Who PURCHASE A Boat Slip

 Boat slip purchasers will be required to pay the purchase price established by the seller (plus applicable sales tax), as well as the same fee to join the Club that is paid by a property owner (a non-refundable Capital Contribution fee of $7,000 plus a refundable Club Equity Contribution of $68,000). Purchasers of a boat slip will have the same privileges as a property owner with  full use of ALL facilities—including golf—and will be entitled to participate in ALL activities, with the  exclusion of voting rights and serving on the Board of Directors.   Annual fees will be the same as paid by a property owner and will be prorated from joining date.   In addition, boat slip owners will pay an annual assessment for slip maintenance (currently $2.20 per foot) plus metered electric.
