During your first year of occupancy, Casto Homes will schedule complete full-house service inspections at intervals of thirty days, six months and eleven months. In addition the Bonded Builder Home Owners Warranty Program is also part of the Casto Homes package, providing you with additional warranties for up to 10 years.
