  Hello from beautiful Palm City, Florida where my family and I have called home for over 8 years now. Throughout our past we have had the opportunity to live in some of the most desirable locations in the Southeast. It is our privilege to share with you these beautiful destinations as well as detailed information about the amenities that accompany them. But first I would like to share a little about me and my family.

At a glance my professional career started some 15 years ago on Hilton Head Island at Harbour Town Golf Links, in the famous Sea Pines Plantation, home of the Verizon Open. I spent 5 years in the Low Country as a PGA professional and had the privilege of also working at another noted private community, Belfair Golf Club. I am very familiar with all of the Low Country clubs and communities and the many families that call the Low Country home.

I grew up in a small town called Morehead City, a beautiful place located on the Crystal Coast of North Carolina. Every time I run into someone that’s familiar with Morehead City they most often reference the Big Rock Blue Marlin Tournament or Captain Bills Restaurant on the waterfront in downtown Morehead. For me I have many fond memories of El's Drive In or Mrs. Willis' Restaurant after a long day of hanging out at Atlantic Beach. From there I moved on to Florence, Alabama and played football for the University of North Alabama and later pursued a coaching career that landed me at East Tennessee State University, where I received my Masters of Education in Athletic Administration. Now the football program wasn't much for my resume, but as it turns out it was perfect for meeting the girl I would eventually marry. On October 12, 1996 Melissa and I were married and embarked on new careers together, golf and real estate.

Prior to moving to south Florida, we lived in historic New Bern, NC where I served as the Director of Golf at Taberna Country Club for three years and Melissa worked for the developer in real estate sales. In 2001 Melissa and I took advantage of an opportunity to move to Palm City with our young daughter Avary. I held the position of Director of Golf at The Tesoro Club for two years and then made the transition into real estate sales and marketing for five years. I even recently had the opportunity to serve as the Director of Sales for The Cliffs Communities Mountain Region before returning home to join Melissa in our newest venture, the creation of our own real estate company.
