THE TESORO CLUB’S MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM

Available through October 31, 2010

·      No Membership Initiation Fee

·      No Assessments – Members are not subject to operating or capital assessments

·      No Food & Beverage Minimums

·      Tesoro Members will have the unique privilege of reciprocal play at Palm Beach Polo Golf and Country Club and Martin Downs Country Club

·      Membership includes privileges for the Member, his or her spouse and their unmarried children 23 and under who are living at home, attending school on a full-time basis or in the military

·      Extended Family Membership Privileges – Parents, grandparents, adult children and grandchildren of the Member or spouse are entitled to use the Club Facilities as a guest of the Member, upon payment of preferred green fees

·      Single Golf Memberships are available

GOLF MEMBERSHIP

·      Family - $15,750

·      Single - $13,500

·      Cart Fee at The Tesoro Club - $25.00

·      Cart Fee at Martin Downs Country Club - $22.00

·      Cart Fee at Palm Beach Polo Golf and Country Club - $25.00

·      Trail Fees (not mandatory) are $1,600 annually and will be pro-rated

SOCIAL MEMBERSHIP

·      $9,750 

·      Social Golf Fees - $60.00(includes cart) – Members are entitled to unlimited golf after 1:00pm each day
